Description: Spend time with College Students each week.  Focusing on getting to know them and building relationships with the purpose of meeting their needs and seeing them grow in their walk with the Lord.

Time: Various times throughout the week.  Specifically Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m. and Sunday night at 7:30 p.m.

College students are at a pivotal crossroad in their lives.  They need adults that will invest their lives in them to see them come to know the Lord and grow in their relationship with Him. 

Reports to: College Pastor, Al Baker (abaker@cfbcfamily.org)

• Please arrive on time.
• Develop relationships with those in the College Ministry.
• Invest time in them each week through calls, texts, and other encouraging contacts.
• Help plan and promote College fellowship opportunities as needed..
• Stay current on issues and topics related to College students.
• Try to go on College retreats and trips when possible.

Requirements:

• A Christ follower which is demonstrated in their daily walk
• Must have a strong desire to see students connect to and grow in their relationship with Christ.
• Care about them:  “They don’t care what you know until they know that you care.”
