These folks make up the “real church for real people" in our church.  They understand that the driving force of the church is the small group, from which new leadership derives, that volunteers are recruited, and that ministry is accomplished to the body as a whole. They think facilitation instead of master teacher when they think about their group leadership.

  • Christ-follower, which can be seen in their life.
  • Will constantly set the bar in their group by inviting newcomers to the group and to church.
  • Will help to construct connection opportunities, promoting relationships and accountability within their group.
  • Small Group should be made a priority in their calendar.
  • Multiplication is talked about from the beginning of the group, along with the seeking out of a co-leader, so that the group is always continuing to grow.

  • A Christ-follower which is demonstrated in their daily walk
  • A member of the church
